How do I access Online Banking?

From any page on our website, click Log In and enter your Username and Password. If you’re logging in for the first time, select Register Already a Member to create your login credentials, or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

I’m locked out of Online Banking. What should I do?

Select Lockout Reset from the login box on our website to unlock your account. If you’re unable to reset your access, please contact us during normal business hours for assistance.

Why do I need to answer security questions?

Security questions help verify your identity and provide an extra layer of protection against phishing attempts and identity theft. They help ensure only you can access your account.

Is my account information secure?

Yes. Your account information is protected through secure login credentials and security measures designed to safeguard your personal information. To help keep your account secure, never share your Username, Password, or security question answers, and store financial documents in a safe place.

What can I do with Online Banking?

You can:

How do I view recent account activity?

Select the account you’d like to view to see recent transactions. You can also search by a custom date range. Members enrolled in eStatements can access archived statements for up to 10 years.

Can I apply for a loan through Online Banking?

Yes. Simply select Apply for a Loan within Online Banking, or click here!

What are Alerts?

Alerts notify you about important account activity, such as deposits, withdrawals, cleared checks, or upcoming reminders, helping you stay informed about your finances.

What are eStatements?

eStatements allow you to receive your account statements electronically instead of by mail. They arrive sooner and remain securely stored within Online Banking for easy access.

What are Notices?

Notices are electronic versions of communications you would normally receive by mail. When a new notice is available, you’ll receive an email prompting you to log in and view it securely.

What is SavvyMoney Credit Score?

SavvyMoney is a free credit monitoring tool available within Online and Mobile Banking. You can check your credit score daily, view your full credit report, receive real-time credit monitoring alerts, and access personalized recommendations, all without impacting your credit score.

What is Bill Pay?

Bill Pay is a free service available to members with checking accounts that lets you securely pay businesses or individuals within the United States directly from Online Banking.

How do I enroll in Bill Pay?

Select the Bill Pay option within Online Banking and follow the prompts to enroll. Once you’ve added your payees, you can begin scheduling payments immediately.

Does Bill Pay cost anything?

No. Bill Pay is free for eligible checking account holders. If the service remains inactive for 90 days after enrollment, it may be discontinued.
