How Mobile Deposit Works

  • Endorse your check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only with MembersOwn CU.”
  • Log in to the MembersOwn Mobile Banking app.
  • Select Deposit a Check.
  • Select the account where you’d like to deposit the check.
  • Take clear photos of the front and back of the endorsed check.
  • Confirm the deposit amount and submit your deposit.
  • Receive confirmation on your device and by email once your deposit has been successfully submitted.

 

Do I need the MembersOwn Mobile Banking app?

Yes. Mobile Deposits are available through the MembersOwn Mobile Banking app.

Can I deposit checks anytime?

Yes. You can submit Mobile Deposits anytime using the app. Processing times may vary.

What should I write on the back of my check?

Endorse your check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only with MembersOwn CU.”

Do I need Online Banking first?

Yes. Online Banking enrollment is required before you can access Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit.
